space
Today we’re sharing three different ways to utilize this space in your planner. Choose one, two, or all. Remain consistent or rotate through each to shake up your routine. This space is what you make of it and open to interpretation – and ready to help ground you into your day.

PENCIL IN MARGIN
In its truest form – use the ‘White Space’ block to pencil in the margin you crave that day. Each morning, give yourself permission to reflect, then carve out white space in your schedule. Examples of white space include an intentional mug of tea, a heartfelt conversation with a friend, a long run, meditation, or a little Netflix binge – whatever brings you joy, friend. PENCIL IT IN.

SET YOUR INTENTION
Ground into how you want to feel on a given day. This is a space to set that intention. How do you want to navigate challenges? How do you want to celebrate life and see more beauty? How do you want to live. Below are a set of affirmations that can be used to help ground into your intention.
I will remain grounded + intentional through this day
I will release + find peace in what I cannot control
Today is filled with blessings + I am open to receiving them
I am thankful for this day + what I am able to accomplish
I will find beauty in all that is before me
Everything that is happening for me is happening for my ultimate good
Everyday I am moving closer to my dreams

PRACTICE GRATITUDE
Practicing gratitude consistently is a powerful tool in not only appreciating the beauty within your life, but in continuing to pull in positive energy and experiences. Each morning or evening, use the ‘White Space’ block to list 3 things you hold gratitude for.
